The Bryant is located on Columbus Avenue where the Back Bay meets the South End. Built in 2009, the Bryant Back Bay was developed in partnership by Vornado Realty and Trust and Wasserman Real Estate Capital, LLC, and designed by renowned firm, Neshamkin French Architect. The project was completed to honor Gridley James Fox Bryant, the designer of Boston’s Old City Hall.
The 50 condos within the building range from 2 to 4 bedrooms (1,580 to 2,800 square feet). Most of the units are floor through and have direct elevator access. Units boast soaring 9.5 feet ceilings and open floor plans that make the space feel even more expansive. Red oak, mahogany stained floors run through the living space, creating a warm and inviting environment. Kitchens are outfitted with custom mahogany cabinets, white granite countertops, and Viking appliances with gas cooking. Bathrooms are designed cleanly, with stone floors and marble double vanities, soaking tub, and separate step-in shower. Residents on the upper levels enjoy private terraces and convenient access to the outdoors.
The condos at the Bryant have an in-resident manager and video security. While you have almost everything you need within your home or within walking distance, you can easily commute to other neighborhoods in Boston or surrounding towns with Back Bay Station right around the corner. A heated garage also protects and gives you quick access to your car.
