In 1926, renowned Architect Ralph Harrington Doane designed the four buildings of Beacon Court Cooperative as matching three-family apartment buildings. The buildings are laid out on the four corners of the lot with a lovely, landscaped walkway dividing 360 and 370 on the east parcels from 380 and 388 on the west. The cooperative has deeded storage for each unit, parking, and a live-in superintendent.
