Those are just a few of the many amenities listed at 10 Farnsworth, an ultra-luxury boutique condominium development that's set to be built early next year in Boston's Fort Point neighborhood.

The price for those super high-end units A cool $3 million for one of eight 2,100-square-foot units to $7 million for the 4,300-square-foot penthouse.

10 Farnsworth is being developed by Boston multifamily development firm Gate Residential Properties, with Campion & Co. serving as broker and David Nagahiro of Boston-based CBT Architects as lead designer.

"As Boston expands its living and working areas, Fort Point is the next new frontier," Nagahiro said. "This building is at the center of that new energy."

"No one's really developed this quality of condominium units," Szary said.

The site is a stone's throw from the Fort Point Channel and in the same block as the Boston Children's Museum, Flour Bakery & Cafe, Bee's Knees and Yada Yada Bakery in Boston's Seaport District. Szary mentioned the myriad restaurants run by well-known Boston chefs in Fort Point as an attractive selling point of the site.

Full buildout of 10 Farnsworth is expected to take 16 months, and the first units will be delivered in mid-2016.
