Despite all the unique challenges of 2020, Campion and Company had its second most successful year with $886,000,000 in closed sales, $414,000,000 of which were in MLS-listed residential real estate in Boston and the surrounding towns and over $472,000,000 in off market transactions. Last year, we had the top market share in the city for condominiums and single-family homes priced above $2,500,000, as well as for all properties priced above $2,000 per square foot. We look forward to many more successful collaborations with buyers, sellers and developers in 2021!
