In Fenway, 2018 had a price increase of 57.5% due to luxury unit closings at Pierce Boston. Resulting in a 18.1% decrease for 2019. In Back Bay, new developments including Four Seasons One Dalton cause the increase of 17.2% . The transformation of East Boston has increased its neighborhood price per square foot to 18.2%.
