With a decade of experience, Matthew Gilmartin is a trusted real estate professional serving the Greater Boston Area. He has successfully participated in over $100 million of residential transactions, as well as helping to market and presell $215 million of luxury condominiums in Boston’s South End.

A Newton native for 33 years, Matt owns and resides in his cherished hometown. He combines deep local expertise with a client-first approach, helping buyers, sellers, and investors to navigate the market with confidence. Matt’s industry knowledge and accomplishments have earned him features in Boston Agent Magazine, and the distinguished ABR®, SRS, PSA, and e-PRO® designations from the National Association of REALTORS®.

Beyond real estate, Matt is an active member of the Charles River Country Club; always looking to hone his golf game. He also plays outfield and serves as a relief pitcher for the Boston Renegades in the Clutch Hittin Baseball League.
