Her track record of almost $1Billion dollars in luxury condominium sales over her career includes the launch and sales success of such notable buildings as the highly acclaimed Twenty Two Liberty & 50 Liberty in Boston’s Seaport, Trinity Place in Back Bay, and ATELIER|505 in the South End. She has achieved record breaking sales results for some of Boston’s most notable developers. She has held visible leadership positions responsible for extensive market research, pricing pro formas, product positioning, branding, launch, sales management and the pre-sales and sell-out of large urban high rise developments in Boston. In addition to her career in the New Development Sales & Marketing arena, she has developed and maintains a notable book of business in luxury sales from loyal Sellers and Buyers alike. Her sales experience encompasses selling to both local and international clients and selling in both rising and challenging market conditions. She has participated in National RFP’s for a coveted multi-family development site outside of Massachusetts and held leadership positions in large-scale events in the city.
