Bill Gehan began his real estate career in 2006 after a retailing career of 22 years, most recently as a Vice President and Divisional Merchandise Manager with Filene's. Because of his corporate experience, Bill brings a high level of professionalism and business acumen to real estate sales. His business experience provides clients with superior negotiation and communication skills, strong analytical and pricing ability, and both financial and real estate market expertise. He is also the Director of Corporate Relocation at Campion and Company.

The foundation of his real estate practice is based upon providing superior customer service and outstanding market knowledge. He maintains an open and ongoing channel of communication with all of his clients both current and past. He makes himself available to answer every phone call, return an email, or address a client's need immediately. A resident of Boston's Back Bay for over 20 years, he is actively involved in his community. He is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Massachusetts Coalition for the Homeless, and was the 2010 Chairman of the Community Service Committee for the Greater Boston Association of Realtors. He is also a member of the Architectural and City Services Committees for the Neighborhood Association of the Back Bay.
