Why Work With Us?

Here's what our satisfied customers are saying about us:

Mary has worked with me for the past 7+ years representing me while purchasing and renting property. She is a thorough professional and ethical professional to work with!

Mary is an amazing realtor and most importantly a good person! The level of care she puts in to her real estate services really shows because she makes things happen. We were so lucky to have found such a knowledgeable and well-connected realtor to help us buy our investment property. I would  highly recommend Mary to anyone wishing to buy, sell or rent.

Very outgoing and accommodating. Very quickly understands customers needs and preferences. Doesn't waste your time and willing to put in the effort and persistence to find the right/best property! She helped us define a specific type of unit, size, location and price of which she then continued  to provide options. Very knowledgeable about the local market, other agents and buildings. We were on the phone negotiating a potential purchase until 1:30am and she was great with insight into the seller.

Mary is the consummate professional who will go the extra mile to assure her clients are well represented and satisfied. I have worked with Mary over the past few years on a few challenging deals and she has come through with shining colors each time. I have also recommended Mary to friends and no surprise, they loved working with her.

We worked with Mary Zappala to purchase our Back Bay, Boston apartment in 2012 and – in our experience – she is an all-around outstanding realtor. From our very first interaction with her, she has embodied the epitome of customer service and professionalism. She is an expert in her field and helped  us to negotiate the best price on our property. As we purchased our property as an investment and live abroad, Mary has remained an integral part of the ‘management team’ and helped us to find the perfect tenants. She has made our lives immeasurably easier with her assistance and we can't thank her enough!

Mary has been our buying agent for a number of years and has helped us purchase several homes. Through our professional engagement she has also become a personal friend. Among her many strengths is patience and true interest for us to finding the perfect home. She was always there for us, very responsive and never (ever) pressured us. She truly put our interests before hers trying to get the best deal possible. She also connected us to a lending officer who was able to get us a great loan. I strongly recommend her for other people looking to purchase a home.

We are writing on behalf of Robin Copeland, who is an outstanding realtor as well as a family friend.

When the time came for us to begin our search for a place in Boston, we naturally called on Robin.  She was terrific at listening to our needs and wants, as well as guiding us in the current Boston apartment market offerings. She enthusiastically searched listings and visited properties before she brought them to us in order to better understand what we wanted and not waste our time looking at properties that would not interest us.  She was our eyes and ears in the city in a very fast moving market.

After seeing each property, Robin was great about circling back with us to find out precisely what we liked or disliked about the unit.  She was constantly educating herself and fine-tuning her search based on what our priorities were. Looking at real estate is an emotional process at any stage, but for us, who have owned homes in primarily suburban settings, looking at city apartments was unfamiliar territory.  Since Robin had made a similar move into the Back Bay a few years earlier, she was enormously helpful and empathetic to our situation.  She showed us a wide variety of properties in the Back Bay and on Beacon Hill in order to help us more clearly understand what the market was offering at various price ranges.

After seven months, on a blustery day in February, Robin took us to an apartment with a roof deck.  Despite the fog and the snow, the views were remarkable as were the 3 bedrooms, living room and kitchen.  She was careful not to pressure us, but with her strong knowledge of the quick moving market, she told us not to wait on this property. She was completely correct and we gave a winning bid just then before an open house was to begin. It’s now 6 months after moving in, and we love our new home and the friendly neighborhood on Beacon Hill.  We are so grateful to Robin for her hard efforts and thoroughness in finding us such a marvelous setting in Boston.

Our trust chose Campion and Company because of their remarkable track record as the most successful real estate firm in Massachusetts.   We needed a firm with expert skill sets to bring to the market an exceptionally high barrier, undeveloped island property on the South Shore of Massachusetts.

Owner Tracy Campion and Broker David Murdock worked hand-in-hand with the trust every step of the way to find a buyer and complete the sale.  For that effort, they brought Matt Murphy and Boston Virtual Imaging on board to produce a first-class video and stills of the property with an aerial drone.   David oversaw its editing, crafted a “spot on” script, and engaged voiceover talent to round out the production for website viewing.   Complementing this effort, Tracy Campion called upon “A-List” Boston architect Guy Grassi who provided perfectly scaled renderings of an estate home with a carriage house to inspire prospective buyers as to the possibilities this property possesses.

David’s accessibility, diligence, focus and continuous outreach to potential buyers, ultimately secured the right buyer to close the sale of this one-of-a-kind property for the trust.

When my siblings and I inherited our parents’ Back Bay brownstone, we knew we had to put it on the market.  None of us could give the house the proper care and it needed a lot of work.

We interviewed five different Back Bay realtors, all from firms with great reputations.  Tracy Campion was clearly head and shoulders above all of them in her approach to the sale of the house and in her quick understanding of our needs.  She seems to know all the players in the fast-paced world of Boston high finance real estate.  She was always extremely clear in explaining her marketing strategies to us.  Most of all she impressed us with her direct no-nonsense approach to all questions and concerns.

As one of the other realtors said, when told we were going with Tracy: “Well as much as I wish you were giving me your business, I know you won’t be sorry.  She is a powerhouse.”  That has proven to be true, as well as a testament to the high regard in which even her competitors hold her.  She takes pride in her work.  Her sense of integrity and her honesty at every stage of the often nerve-wracking sale process were refreshing.

We called her the miracle worker after she managed to bring in offers at over $400 per square foot more than another top realtor told us we could possibly hope for given the condition of the house.  She closed the sale as quickly and as efficiently as she had told us in the original interview she thought she could.

If Tracy agrees to sell your house, consider yourself lucky.
